Catherine Fidelis Amri 

Catherine Fidelis is a consultant at Oxford Policy Management. She has over 7 years of experience in education and international relations.

She has extensive experience in multilateral collaborations, and her role is in engaging and maintaining collaborative relationships with stakeholders (government and non-government) to garner support and facilitate meaningful dialogue around ECD. She will be supporting in multiple short- and long-term projects including the Assessment of ECD organizations, public finance and service delivery in Tanzania.
